Surprisingly i added the card as a withdrawal method on Payoneer and it was accepted. I'll send funds to it that way and see.

Its a dollar card so if the money arrives, it'll be the amount you deposited in dollars minus the fee.

Yes he did. I'm still quiet because i am giving him time to return my money. He doesn't realize what's about to hit him and destroy his life. They feel they can just scam anybody.

Just go to your account, add an account for withdrawal, put the 10 digit card account number, choose dollar as the account currency denomination and you're good to go. I haven't withdrawn though. So i don't know if it would work.

The theme of the whole summation is that Dollar cards can only be funded through dollar deposit,whether by transfer from another dollar card,or dollar account to your dollar card,but you can never fund a dollar card using Naira.. I have all manner of cards,I know what I am saying

I have never used payoneer,though I have the account,and I linked my naira account to it. You can write their customer support for clarification

Yes I do. I linked it to my PayPal account and I have been making payment on foreign transaction without any issue. I don't keep tab of how much I spend monthly. I made payment of $34 yesterday.

You can open a PayPal account for receiving and making payment here in Nigeria without changing IP. Do some research and you will get it.

Takes 7 days to get acrivated on PayPal,

And polish PayPal sees it as a bank account

It's not a great idea even if it works. Africard charges 1.6% for inflows asides Payoneer's 2%.

I'm not totally famililar with Payoneers charges, thought their is a fixed fee of about $5 to $10.
What can you advise?
