It's past 5pm. The last thing I ate was 3 slices of bread at 10am. I was busy doing "Watching My Figure". But ehn, hunger is a respecter of nobody.

As at 4pm, my body was just shaking anyhow. I had to rush home quickly to destroy this big pot of rice.

Right now, I just finished eating the big pot of rice i cooked last night. Na hunger finish am. No be me.

I didn't even use plate. I ate directly from the pot.

There was NO Meat or Chicken.

Na impromptu night rice I just rushed and cooked before 9pm last night.

Take a look at the pot.

Thank God, it ended in praise.

I don't at all.

I will give it a try. What kind of fruits u think i should go on? I love water melon and it's less expensive.

Maybe it's what made me not to like fish or meat again sef.

Or boy this the era were one eat to survive even with baobab not matter meat, fish and eggs.

The part of eating food with egg is the part I can not understand.

All those ones are story, the day hunger will point at you, then you will know that meat, fish and egg are irrelevant in some cases.

Whoever started this post, lived outside Nigeria?

I remember the first time I left Nigeria for school... Monday morning, my first day in school and my first day in the school cafeteria after lectures, I stepped in to get some food, everywhere reeked of garlic...

In spite of it all, muscled my way up against the garlic smell, bought my first food....
Oboy, my first spoon.. na run I do to one corner to go vomit.. big vomit o!.. 100% true story!

Everything tasted different. resorted/decided to be going over to buy my own stuff to make Nigeria food but mehn, the meat I'd buy/get.. they all had this flowery taste/smell. Whether na me or wetin I no know, but mehn, I'd eat the food and throw the meat away yet whenever I wanna cook I would still buy it. (However I cooked the meat even with a lot chilli, I still perceived that odd flowery smell)

But oboy now, I dey eat every but must add eating my meal without meat in it is no longer a big deal. If you have faced obodo oyibo hardship, you go learn to adjust.

I don't understand. Meat, fish and egg are also food, no? And when OP says he can't eat food without meat, fish or egg, is he referring to specific meals or is he saying that these items must be in everything he eats?
