Everyone does,but if u no use meat chop food,e go be like say u never BaF for 6days,hence no satisfaction, peace of mind.

If I can eat roasted corn without meat, akara with akamu without meat and surely cornflakes without meat of any sort then food is food in my dictionary.

Just this morning I was served rice with spaghetti and there wasn't any protein inside.I managed to eat the whole plate but still felt empty I had to soak garri just to fill up

I can’t eat food without fish meat or egg. Yesterday, my guy wanted to do concoction rice with the rice left but I refused because none was available. According to him I am broke and proud but how can I tell him that my late mom sold food and I had it in abundance. How can I tell him that while growing up only dogs were fed without fish meat or egg. One meat sef nor dey do and nor be pride. I rather not eat than to eat without meat.
