Look at this one. People are struggling to eat whatever comes at hand and you're here talking bout meat and fish. My gees down here only see meat occasionally.

These are compulsory and contain essential nutrients. Vitamin B12 for example helps to convert food to energy. If you're always tired and weak with problems concentrating, you might be deficient. If you cannot do without eating these things, don't allow anyone make you believe that you are selfish or wasteful. Your body is craving it.

We that don't have money can't be picky

It is not a big deal, so long that it is a balanced diet

Very guilty. I don't do eggs though, but I can't eat without chicken, beef, turkey or fish. Even when I make moi-moi, I add fish. It's such a big deal for me. I practically won't touch food without meat/fish. The meal would actually feel incomplete. Not particularly proud of this though.

Me too but some folks won't understand. No matter how broke i am, that little meat or fish usually gives me that little sense of satisfaction that i enjoyed my meal.
