Not at all.. but it is advisable. Some jobs (esp those in Social Care or medical fields) may ask you to provide your police report from your local country to be certain there's no criminal record or history...

This 2k is not applicable when you get a nursing job upon graduation as you won’t be needing the post study visa.

Probably u made mistake on the course start date or end date.

It happened to me. UKVI sent a link to make the payment after i submitted my application. Visa was issued few days later. Best of Luck!.

I got the mail below after sending paid email about my wife's application (priority) biometrics done on 11th on November but got a mail on 16th of November to send employment history which responded to same day,they replied my mail this morning and application also moved to Application transferred to VAC as the mail dropped.

Use Wakanow. Flights are a bit cheap. You could consider going in December. Prices look okay for now. Try Qatar airways

When people are advised to conduct their own research they feel the person giving such advise just doesn’t want to help.
All this things will have been discovered if the person took out time to do the required due diligence.

Atleast people will get to know about it now.

If you did, was it coloured or black and white photocopy?
For your spouse, did you submit only marriage certificate, was nothing else required like her CV, qualifications, birth certificate etc

N.B: I have a study gap of 10 years, so I submitted a detailed CV and my personal company registration certificate.

I had a visa refusal in 2008. The reason was that one of the doc the agent used for me was fake. which ultimately carries a 10 year ban. I wasn't sure if I was effectively on a ten year ban or not but had to wait for more than 10 years b4 applying to UK again.

Doc Submitted:
Academic: (O'level Cert., BSc Cert., Transcript, UWE CAS)
Family: (Marriage Cert., Children Birth Cert. & Family Pictures).
POF: ( 2 Banks savings account & 1 MFB certificate of Investment).
OThers : (TB test Result, Previous visas, CV, CAC).

Still looking forward to my dependants pick up mails. They submitted a week after me due to non availability of appointment date. I wish everyone best of luck...
