Don't accept any housemaid job in Arab countries especially Oman and KSA. It always end in excruciating tears gor Africans. Have met countless numbers looking like mad people on their way back from the slavery job.

Reject it immediately..it will never end well . Go on YouTube ,you will see so many tails of woes.
If you accept this job and you are issued a visa and your travel there, your passport will be collected from you by your employer immediately. You will be asked to sign a written contract in Arab language and you are mandated to sign it . By signing that contract ,you have automatically surrendered yourself as the property of your employer.
You cannot leave the country, unless he allows it. The law will not come to your aid if Ur employer turns out to be a monster or decide to sexually molest you . If you are unfortunate to end up with a bad employer , You will be worked non stop with little food and treated like a slave . Anything can happen to you and the law of the land will see you as a property of your employer. Your status will be like the modern day slave and master relationship.
Stay away from all Arab country . They are not nice people .

I personal had an encounter with a lady who return from omar. She came to the shipping company I work. Her luggage was shipped and she narrated her sad story. Sex slave She was bitterly crying. Even the luggage no money to clear it. I connected her with a clearing agent yet she couldn't afford 60k to clear it. I wondered why she had to ship her luggage. She said she had to run for her life after two solid year of slavery. And some ppl had help send her stuff.

Please don’t accept it. I know someone who had to run back to Nigeria. It’s not as easy as i am saying it here. She saw hell on earth. Oman is not a good place to travel to for a housemaid job.

You just have to pray to have a good employer, I know a lady who have successfully completed her 2years contract, she came back to Nigeria and went back for another 2years contract. but is not an easy job to do, you just pray over it and allow God to handle the rest for you.Success.

I recently got a job offer from a school in Oman. My visa has been processed and sent to me. They're waiting for me to resume work with them. The salary is a little above 200k with accommodation and transportation provided. But I'm yet to decide on whether to go or not.
