Is it that you all don't know about Standard Chartered Bank. No arbitrary charge, been banking with them for over a year now.
I've been hearing of this Standard Chartered for some time now. The only challenge is they don't have wide branch coverage

The only reason why we have not really dumped all this thief banks is because we can actually go to the branch physically and show den shege

The moment Nigerians get fully trust on all this virtual bank. I'm telling u no body will bank with gtb, uba, firstb, access and co

Though of recent OPAY, Kuda and Palmpay have been reliable so far

I can't fully trust these virtual banks because they don't have physical branches that you can storm if you are having issues. That's just my only fear with them.

Deactivate SMS alerts and request for email alerts and statements only. You'll need to go the bank to fill their form.

The one UBA even did to me recently was the apogee of wickedness! Thankfully, I didn't feel the impact much because I didn't trust them when I noticed the "trap".

These people deactivated their transfer changes immediately I received my salary for November. Probably because they noticed for the past few months I've been transferring almost everything I need to spend for the month to my Opay and Kuda accounts. I went ahead to do like 3 transfers but they pretended not to have charged me.

By middle of the month, they started removing those charges I felt they have scrapped, one after the other. Imagine if I had left my salary and went ahead to do the usual transfers of about 20-25.. I would have received about 50 SMS in total, 25 for the initial transfers I made without charges and an additional 25 SMS to notify me of the charges deductions! I'm sure they must have done similar thing to millions of their customers as well.

Very wicked set of banks with greedy leadership. These are the same set of people that if you put in power tomorrow, they will also continue in the direction of our evil political leaders.

U realise it money they used to maintain all of their offices .buy their own diesel for electricity..
Don't get me wrong...some charges aren't right... But the regular alert fees and the likes shouldnt be condemned... They pay telecom companies as well
True. I didn't look at it from that angle.

All organizations are set up to make profit.

Honestly this is very worrisome. All the Banks are involved in this coded criminality but Access Bank seems to be in the lead and the Personal government of Nigeria is aware of this because they're also benefitting from the criminal extortion through CBN and some of their regulations. Everyone is affected but no one is talking.
Lmao!!!!

Seems you’ve never banked with UBA before!? LOL!!
