If you don't have a business registered by CAC for instance, you can't do business with my company .

For your info, there are hundreds of orphanages approved by government. Google is your friend. That money might not do much but its a step in the right direction

You do not know that only government approved charities are eligible before? How do you identify fakes and thieves and monitor the use of funds without going through a functional system?
If you are serious with your business or organization you should officially register with the government and pay your taxes/audit your books, this is why most youths are in poverty because they lack or refuse valid information.

Information is what separates the wealthy from the unsuccessful. Pursue knowledge!
