Former England striker, Darren Bent has said that Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski was the right man to be crowned the Ballon d’Or winner for 2021.

Messi was given a record seven Ballons d’Or titles on Monday, beating Lewandowski and Jorginho to the 2021 prize.

It is a pity that the Ballon d’Or has been rubbished in the mud in such a way. Messi is no where Lewandoaski this past season. An undeserved award if you ask me. Just like that of 2010.
