1. Send the balance to the PA account. In this case, do I need to issue her another gift deed? And statement showing the when the funds entered.

2. Leave the funds in accompanying spouse's account. Get bank reference letter, bank statement and letter of consent to the PA?

If this article is legit then it means there is a glimpse of hope. My thoughts also are they want to do everything to keep rolling out pprs and the new restriction should not impact copr holders movement much. It also means this ITAs won't be affected also that much

this is not related to omicron. Canadian citizens and pr have to fly from one of those countries to another country to do pcr test before they can fly into Canada. They do not trust the testing done in those countries. Nigerians in about 4 provinces tested positive to the yeye omicron.

uk is only interested in the tuition. If your course or occupation is not in labour shortage. Unlikely to get a job after graduation. After the 2 years permit it will be back to Nigeria. Beware

I would have learned me some UK accent, save up some money and move to Mexico, Turkey or South American countries to teach English

If your wife is younger let her be the primary applicant. Age is against you also.
