Yes it is a study visa I applied for with certificate of solvency issued to me by my school after I transferred the money which they blocked for me. I sent my application ref no. And the embassy email address to my school via email and I requested for my admission letter to be sent directly to the embassy informing them of my resumption date which they did and every other thing fall in place

I think I have dealt with something like this in my previous posts
student copy of transcripts is not accepted at the embassy. Do well to get official transcript and also take the photocopy of your certificate back to your school for stamp or certify true copy to be placed on it

When the school certify that one copy, can you make photocopies of it to use for other applications such as the embassy and the schools requesting certified true copies?

The school will release a two month pay to your current Belgium account then after that month...
A fixed amount will be released monthly till your blocked account is no more.

You are right from your perspective.
But it seems my answer is not well understood
It depends on what you have.
I used originals. I mean all original.
I have seen some that used originals and some with certified photocopies of the originals
So it depends on the person.
Your documents will be returned to you as I have all my original documents with me.
Besides if you are using originals, no one is going to legalise your original diploma but they attach the legalised paper to the back of your diploma certificate. Also, you get access to authenticate all before coming over and use it for other purposes.
