I thank God I lived in the north at some points in my life and I am bold to say that I am sometimes ashamed of majority of politicians, public and elected officers, civil servant the society and the governors in most states down south with the exception of Lagos, and Rivers. This people though not generating much IGR are doing a lot in terms of infra structure . education and economic development of their areas. It may not look much but believe me the way things are going the so-called and touted educational ( western) development in the south will be overtaken by the North if it has not. Yes there there is banditry and onslaught of ISWAP and other terror groups, still most states in the North are improving their GDP and infrastructures than the south. There are more quarter baked literates and educated youths being churned out in numbers than we have inb the North. The State Govts ( not federal) are issuing bursaries and scholarships to their indigenes, how many of such is going onm in the south. the quality and distribution of some infrastructural projects are disappointing! You guys ( southerners) should just shut up appreciate what you are seeing rather than scoff. it starts from somewhere. Leave them and let them celebrate their little ( in your eyes) successes.

Reason when South Africa owner did market research the decision outcome was don't build. I heard Yoruba man bought over ShopRite late last year.if it's true possibly he is doing affiliate with one Alhaji at Kaduna.

It only open shops wherever there are malls that meet its specifications. It is lack of available malls that constrained its expansion in Nigeria as contained in its 2014 Annual Accounts.

Galaxy Mall Kaduna is a PPP project of Kaduna state markets development company and Amsalco Industries Ltd. It was originally conceived by UACN Property Development Co in 2015 but the project stalled and Amsalco replaced them.
