I wanted to write "south". However, there are projects ongoing in Kaduna South(that's southern part of Kaduna city itself). You can't compare that with the Kaduna North because that's the central area where most govt offices and businesses are located. Why will someone in Lugbe or Zuba be complaining that Wuse and Garki have more projects?

Shoprite, Silverbird Cinemas and other high-end outlets begin setting up office at the new Galaxy Mall in Kaduna with 3 cinemas , 48 line shops and 6 restaurants . Shoppers going to Abuja and Kano for certain goods and services will now get them in Kaduna. IGR will rise.

The mall is sitting on 11, 000 square meters along Waff Road and it is designed to accommodate 48 line shops.

Hav u seen d projects going on at ungwan Rimi and some local communities at Kaduna north.They are peeling off already good roads n making new ones while big major towns at Kaduna south like Highcost are still on red sand ....crime being only that they are Christian Dominated areas.Ur argument does not suffice at all....there is almost zero development in kd South,period

Oga, the major road in Kaduna south is Aliyu Makama Road and it's been executed qualitatively. A bridge over river Kaduna is also been done to link it with Kabala Costain in order to minimize girdlock at Stadium.
Many streets of Barnawa got tarred during the first tenure of elrufai
Another road from Sabo through Television and Pan drive is under construction
A road from Nasarawa to Flour mills is being constructed
Barnawa Complex is being rebuilt
Barnawa market is being rebuilt
Kakuri market is being rebuilt
Television market is being rebuilt
Sabo market is being rebuilt

Goto ungwan rimi n see how already ok roads were scrapped n coal tar renewed.Look at Gonin gora area zero presence of govt n thats is satellite town at entrance to Kaduna.U can deceive those on nairaland who havent been to Kaduna.Bt anyone that visits kaduna or stays there knows d roads in kd south are mostly red untarred while small minor communities in kd north areas enjoy tarred roads.

You can't compare U/Rimi qnd G/Gora. They have different development trajectories. You can only compare it to Barnawa which is an older neighborhood. Did you see any road been done in Danmani, U/Muazu and Kinkinau? Are they not part of Kaduna?
What you should understand that it's not possible to cover all areas in 8 years. When the next governor comes, he can build on this.
