The bolded is a scenario where hustle and struggle gets to a break-even point.
The truth is that, if things continue at this rate and at this pace, a time will definitely come when it won't matter if you are hustling or struggling, it won't matter if you are rich in property or you have no property. We will all together be languishing in hardship because there will be so much enough to buy but so less people who can afford to buy.
If things don't change for the better then it's just a matter of time before this reality dawn on us all.
Even now, there are a lot of properties in both urban and rural areas with juicy offers but not affordable to those who really need them.

As for that guy, don't forget that those kind of people, if you approach them for help and tell them that although you had the opportunity to apply for N-Power and be a beneficiary but you decided to snub it because you don't think the scheme is worth it, they will still blame you for snubbing the opportunity but will come online to ridicule those who seized the opportunity while searching for a better one.
