Sent paid mail today and they said its being considered and awaiting decision.

I'd like to ask if I should write this "I was denied the visit B-2 visa, under section 214(b) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, stating that I wasn't able to demonstrate my intended activities in the United States." as a reason for a previous visa refusal or say the consular didn't give a particular reason. I was just handed the refusal letter, I just want to be sure before I submit my application.

@justwise and all the Gurus in the house please. My sister got this mail supposedly from UKVI with regards to her visa application as a dependant. She had used her husband bank statement and she is still being requested for bank statement in her name.....Kindly help out please!!!

My hubby is curently in the UK as a student and I'm also in the UK as his dependent his student visa is going to expire in March, 2021. Now he wants me to apply for asylum in scotland. I don't know on what storyline, i just need an advice if it's a safe route to consider or i should just shut his idea. Please I'm in dire need of urgent advice

Thank you. Mine was priority since 2nd December.
I tried tracking my application on the website but the there's a system glitch so I don't trust it because as at the next day, it's been "SENT TO VAC" which isn't possible. It was afterwards that I got the nsf mail
I also sent a paid mail and they said its still under consideration and they're yet to make a decision

My friend and her husband and 3kids just landed this morning. They paid 3715pounds and yes she used her student visa likewise the dependants. The airlines are just moving mad but yes students have resident rights and can travel.

Your answer has already been answered by them. This isn't a big deal. Just re apply and send them an email that you have re applied.

Track from here.......that is what it changed to at about 9am this morning, however,before then it was on Transfered to VAC.......I tracked earlier too for my child's own as it is the only one not ready out of family of 5(picked up 4passports with vignette earlier this week)
