Kiss her even without prior notice. Yes kiss her in public as well as at home and stop dodging her public kisses too. Don't give her handshakes and side hugs as if she's just a friend and acquaintance to you. She's your wife and she needs intimacy and romance from you. When you see her in a public place, run to her, kiss her, give a hug and silently tell her, I love you. She will be shy and blush much but women love it and also want to enjoy that quality of love from their man. Why only kiss behind closed doors?
