They just bring bills for you with any figure they like. No proper calculations as to what you use. They will even bring bills when you clearly tell and show them you aren't connected due to the problem in the pole which resulted in POWer outage. They will bring in their useless logic that so far the light came through the pole ready to serve you, you should pay.

I once asked a Nepa official why it was so. She said there was always a target to meet from above!

You can imagine if every “person from above” had his cut when it reaches his office, you may be feeding all Nigeria’s politicians in one payment.

That is how EKEDC is. They Dish out arbitrary charges to their Post paid customers. They showed me shege before I could get their Prepaid meter then.

Skibi should work hard on getting Prepaid meter because its not gonna get any better. Next monthly charge could get to N500k at this rate.

Which eye dey clear?. Na lie joo...na him I dey use..make sense die. The battery cost, we know, but e make sense pass this exorbitant rate..and the light is 24/7 if you manage it well

Why would they give a residential house 349k for a month? And that previous 600k would be for just previous two months. That's insane!

I once went to teach the daughter of a former ambassador at home. I heard the man instructing one of their domestic workers to buy light of N 100k. I shock.
