However, I received a mail 5 days after our application that my wife should provide more supporting evidence to proof her relationship with me within 10days. We provided our wedding certificate, affidavit showing change of name, wedding pictures, casual pictures etc.

To cut it short my visa was approved while hers was denied. The stated reason for her denial was because she doesn't provide enough evidence to proof she's my wife. We were given room to appeal or pay £80 for Administrative review which will be addressed within the next 3 months.

My questions are:

1.) Was she denied because of omicron having provided all those supporting relationship evidences?

2.) Can she reapply for fresh visa/how soon can one reapply after denial?

3.) Is UK still given dependant Visa this period?

It is true that you have to pay your remaining fees before enrollment. I also got an offer from them and York st. John University but due to their payment plan I had to go for Cardiff metropolitan University

I use it to pay for my visa fee and ihs. For you to be able to use it, you will need to subscribe for one year which is 90k

Having children together doesn't prove that a marriage still exists or ever existed in the first place.
What the applicant is required to prove is that they are in a genuine and still existing relationship with their partner.
They don't even have to be married; they could be cohabiting partners.

I have been given admission to study MBA in York st john university, (YSJ) london though admission was issued last week and I was told that the admission for January 2022 intake is closed now due to the late submission of application , so they said I should pay the deposit into the school account now so that the admission will be defer till September 2022. So my questions are
1. If I didn't pay now , will the school still consider my admission when I plan to pay into the school let say march,
2. How is the school and it environment in terms of securing part time job.

I got 2 unconditional offer for January 2022, one from Swansea University for MSc Health Data Science (1 year), and the other from Bournemouth University for MSc Digital Health and artificial intelligence (2 years, with placement).
Please I need advice on which to choose, regarding employability prospect after completion.

If it's Access bank's exclusive signature card stuff. Na sorry things ooo. You can only use it for a maximum of $500. And the rate is about 470 to one dollar. I'm speaking from experience.

We got married after she already applied for visa application,so there was no information about being married or coming with a dependent.

I later got information I could join her as dependent with our marriage certificate.

I have booked an appointment for my tuberculosis test.

Can I still go ahead with the dependant visa application?

When is the POF expect to be in the account as I was told I could get it done with a certain percentage of the expected fee.
Days before submitting application on after?

And also is it advisable to apply now with the restrictions of visa processing and flights?

I did subscribed for a year too. Infact, I subscribed when the annual subscription was still about 61k. Unfortunately, It declined my IHS payment upto 10times(I had to start new Visa application like 3times) . I wasted money calling their customer service several times, chatted them, went physically to the bank, they couldn't reconcile the issue. They kept saying there's no problem with the card, I should try again in the next 24 hours. For over a week I tried, no way! Although I successfully used it to pay Visa fees($486), it could not even pay for Priority service afterwards. Well, for me, I feel Access bank cheated me.

NSF mail- 30th of Nov to me the dependant partner to provide evidence of subsisting relationship, replied the next day with photos, joint acct statement.
3rd December -Collection mail for primary applicant.
8 December - Collection mail for Dependants.
All visa approved.
While we all try to get information on how to go abt study visa application here, lets not forget that each application hv their peculiarity and is judged with its uniqueness. You dont need to be scared because somebody’s own didnt go tru because of what they didnt do, or that it went tru because of what they did. While you do the right thing jst believe your grace is different.
While i filled the application form, i didnt declare all other visa refusal. I had almost all the major country refusal before. US,UK, Germany, Canada, France. Infact i don talk say i no do again. Then this one came. With what i knw here, I wouldn’t try it not to declare all that. But the SI-UK agent who co-filled the form with me told me not to bother abt others, i should only declare the UK refusal and that we did. To God be the glory we all got issued the visa. My Grace is different, you dont need to use my case to judge your own. What God can do for one, He can do for all under the same or different circumstance.
If God has taken us this far, He will complete the project wether Red list, Omicron or not, we are heading to Salford Manchester
