I be wan call the meal simple stuff but I just remembered that I have a phobia for frying meat or fish due to hot-oil-splashing.

Funny enough, this is exactly what I had for lunch, less than 10 minutes ago. 100% home made by myself. Mine was with sauce sha, not stew, I added raw egg and diced fish to the sauce. But the stress is quite much.

Make una manage the picture, na the remaining one be that for fridge.

OP, love how the meal turned out. The kind of R&B that gives a very nice twist in the mouth, other than that cooked separately. The stew definitely looks spicy hot, gives off this fresh tomatoes+shombo+tatashe blend. And yes the fish, that egg wey don soak stew wella, so nice. I hope you enjoyed it so much like my eyes did

I sliced onions, tomatoes and pepper. Fried the onions and pepper first cuz they take longer to fry than tomatoes, since it's sauce, I added the sliced tomatoes after some minutes, then put seasonings, Locust beans and diced fish, after everything has fried well. I broke raw egg inside, then allow everything to fry together and mix well. Finish!
