I bought a copy of the book yesterday and I must confess that it is a great read. Please, do not form an opinion on any of the excerpts now being published piecemeal. You wouldn't get the complete photo that way. There are much deeper issues that intertwine to form a big whole. My take at this moment - I'm now on Page 237, which is the start of Chapter 18 - is that there's no TRUE LEADER anywhere in Nigeria, not just in Yorubaland. Every one of them is after his interest, dubiously camouflaged as the General interests of Nigerians. One by one, they will continue to expose themselves without knowing it. We shall overcome.

Former Osun State governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, on Thursday, reacted to various allegations concerning him which were made in the recently released autobiography of his predecessor in office, Chief Bisi Akande.

You don’t get it, when an incumbent governor loses an election, there is still much power in his hands, they award contracts and back date them and make full payment upfront then go back to the contractors to collect their own share
