MaxInDHouse:Research is alien to the average Jehovah witness. I know this organization so well. The Governing Body thinks for you all. ![]() Don't be ridiculous with that stupid false "greatest" claim. Despite 100 of years of false teachings and thousands of false publications put out and withdrawn from public domain by the organization. They are such a tiny group both on the global stage and on the national stage. It is a proof that Jehovah is not backing them. JW worldwide=8.5million JW Nigeria=400,000 Both are not remotely close to 1% of both the total World or Nigeria's population. The organization is actually not making progress for all that years of publishing. Be humble and look at the statistics. In the West, they are get hit with all kinds of exposure both from within and without alongside lawsuits that they are settling with money silently. Africa remains their only hope now and with individuals like me who have awaken to their lies. We will keep spreading the information and in the next 10-20years. You will be shocked with more African ex-JWs that will be coming out boldly. It's gradually happening. The organization is just like all other false ones. |

Emusan:Earlier on the thread he was boasting about the +/- 400000 members in Nigeria out of +/- 200 millions of people living in Nigerian. Should that be a milestone to shout on top of the mountain over for 100years, then other Christian religious denominations scattered all over Nigeria should go to heaven and shout it to the ears of everyone since their numbers will be in multiples of theirs equally considering the short span of their existence too . |

tctrills:My friend, ALL SCRIPTURES IS INSPIRED OF GOD AND BENEFITIAL! Most Bible readers don't understand why the songs of Solomon is included in the scriptures that's said to be inspired of God and benefitial? Please read the last verse of that chapter: so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work! 2Timothy 3:17 Now go back and read the songs of Solomon again but this time read carefully, study diligently and meditate thoroughly, you will realize that those songs are useful for a man of God who wants to keep his marriage till death. If my little child reads it and ask me surely i'll joyously tell him or her that this verses are meant for married couples, so when he/she is ripe for marriage he/she needs those verses to keep his or her marriage! ![]() We are JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, that book (Bible) belongs to us! ![]()

MaxInDHouse:you just lied. As a child, we had the JW children's bible in our house. it happed to seek songs of Solomon. the wise writers did that for a reason. the bible contains more than the word of God but we can't argue on everything. and paul was long dead when the bible was compiled so clearly his statement to timothy was not referring to the bible as we know it today. the bible did not exist in Pauls days |

tctrills:He has a duty to report 10 hours at least monthly as a publisher and as a ministerial servant as he is he equally has to improve on that figure in his quest to become an elder. Apart from the marketing he is equally counting time to submit to his taskmasters monthly. His taskmasters even gave them leeway to submit 15 minutes during the corona era. By now you have the needed information concerning the motivation behind marketing his better performing religious organization. |

tctrills:Are these books included in the 66 books of the Bible? Perhaps you need some enlightenment here, those 66 books were written by Israelites and scholars have verified that this are the only books written by the Israelites before interested scholars later divided it into 1189 chapter and 31,200 verses. Any other books outside this is not part of the inspired books Sir! ![]() |

MaxInDHouse:Now you need to learn, But first you have proved that you don't really believe that all scriptures are inspired. You choose a select number. Now, why did you decide that only 66 books are of God? The bible never mentioned any number of books that are inspired. How did you tell which is inspired and which is not? Now clear these 66 were not the only books written. if you read the bible you would learn that more than 66 were written |

tctrills:Our God is not for confusion {1Corinthians 14:33} so if there are other books INSPIRED outside those 66 books then there can never be oneness in thought as Jesus prayed {John 17:22} because books from different sources will be revered as inspired then there's no way anyone can ascertain right or wrong in worship. 1Corinthians 1:10 Do you now see the reason why Jehovah's Witnesses only trusted those 66 books? In fact that's why all other religions can't face one direction because they're confused as to which book is inspired of God! ![]() |

MaxInDHouse:I don't get you why does it has to be 66 books for there to be oneness? Why not 45 books or 75 books? Is 66 the number of oneness? |
| Re: Jw.org: 100 Years Of Failed Prophecies. by tctrills: 10:08pm On Dec 16, 2021 |
MaxInDHouse:Your theory of 66 does not hold. Here are a number of books not found in Bible. book of the Wars of the Lord (Num. 21:14); book of Jasher (Josh. 10:13; 2 Sam. 1:18); book of the acts of Solomon (1 Kgs. 11:41); book of Samuel the seer (1 Chr. 29:29); book of Gad the seer (1 Chr. 29:29); book of Nathan the prophet (1 Chr. 29:29; 2 Chr. 9:29); prophecy of Ahijah (2 Chr. 9:29); visions of Iddo the seer (2 Chr. 9:29; 12:15; 13:22); book of Shemaiah (2 Chr. 12:15); book of Jehu (2 Chr. 20:34) an epistle to the Church at Laodicea (Col. 4:16); and some prophecies of Enoch, known to Jude (Jude 1:14 |

MaxInDHouse:You claim 66 is God's maximum of inspired works but I have showed you many that were quoted by other writers. Clearly the guys who complied the bible did a very poor job. There are obviously lots of lot inspired writings. So clearly, God did not inspire only 66 books. So if you claim all scripture is inspired, what about the Apocrypha and the Book of Mormon? |

tctrills:All books inspired by God has been included that's why those writers were mentioning books that weren't inspired but like history to authenticate the stories so that any of their own people who want to verify the historical accuracy may check those uninspired books. That's why those ones weren't included! ![]() |
| Re: Jw.org: 100 Years Of Failed Prophecies. by MaxInDHouse(m): 1:30am On Dec 17, 2021 |
tctrills:ALL SCRIPTURES found in the Bible is the point not books outside the Bible! Moreover you shouldn't forget that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has a reason why He inspired those writing those books and if the purpose has been met then mission accomplished. His purpose is to gather humble and obedient people throughout the earth under one umbrella, teach them what they need to know about His coming Kingdom in Paradise, erase politics and racism from their hearts, make them sheeplike in order not to think of weapons or wars anymore ! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3 Once the above is done then there is proof that the books used to accomplish it is exactly what the Author intended to pass to His people! Yorùbá people has an adage: Ewé ń jẹ́, Oògùn ń jẹ́, Oògùn tí ò jẹ́ ewé rẹ̀ ló kù kan Loosely translated Herbs do cure, Medicines do heal, it's when an ingredient is missing that such a medicine fails James said: Nevertheless, someone will say: “You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” So my friend, Jehovah's Witnesses have gone round the world and they have brought out people from all races, and they've taught them how to love their neighbours just as the love themselves, they have eradicated politics and racism from their hearts so that none of them engages in politics no matter how Satan is brandishing it before them, they have erased the use of weapons from their hearts and stop them from learning about wars {Isaiah 2:2-4} all these they accomplished with the use of those 66 books. That's why Satan is using all these critics to speak against God's people. I'm bearing them witness today that most of them don't know what they're doing {Luke 23:34} some of them are simply overzealous for the religions of their parents thinking they're also Christians {Romans 10:2-3} so when they come in contact with Jehovah's Witnesses who proved their religion false they are provoked and they begin looking for ways to sort of retaliate. But some among them are really Satan agents who knew God's people have the truth, they just want more hands to attack God's people. For the ignorant ones among them we pray for their salvation before it's too late but as for the agents of Satan among them we tell them that their wages is waiting for them. God's people has been separated today from Babylon the Great {Revelations 18:4} the narrow path is clearly spelt out while the broad road is also obvious {Matthew 7:13-14} that's why we always tell them what often makes them go crazy: If you people say Jehovah's Witnesses are wrong, please present a better performing group than Jehovah's Witnesses! This is one sentence that will save any sincere individual following them, such a person only need to ask himself: "Who are all these people merging against the JWs? And to what religion do they belong? Of course most of them will claim they're Christians but ask yourself "do all these other religions agree to be one? Aren't they also contradicting themselves? Then why have they all agreed just to form alliance against Jehovah's Witnesses? After all the JWs can also be considered as another denomination just as they're all claiming! The truth is Satan is the ruler of the world {Luke 4:6; John 14:30; 2Corinthians 4:4; 1John 5:19} and all the religions on this planet belongs to him except the one headed by Jesus Christ {Matthew 7:13-14} so the same treatment Satan and his agents gave Jesus and his first century followers is what Satan and his agents will always give Jesus' true followers! Matthew 10:22-25; John 15:19 May you have PEACE! ![]() |

MaxInDHouse:Watch Out for Self-Righteousness! IN THE first century, the Pharisees enjoyed the good reputation of being righteous worshipers of God. They were earnest students of the Scriptures and prayed frequently. Some people viewed them as being gentle and reasonable. Jewish historian Josephus wrote: “The Pharisees are affectionate to each other and cultivate harmonious relations with the community.” No wonder they were probably the most respected and highly regarded individuals in Jewish society at that time! However, today the word “Pharisaic” and related terms are derogatory, synonymous with sanctimonious, self-righteous, holier-than-thou, overpious, and giving lip service. Why did the Pharisees lose their good name? It was because, unlike most Jews, Jesus Christ was not deceived by the Pharisees’ outer appearance. He compared them to “whitewashed graves, which outwardly indeed appear beautiful but inside are full of dead men’s bones and of every sort of uncleanness.”—Matthew 23:27. A Superior Attitude What are some of the traits that we must “watch out” for? Self-righteous individuals usually “speak, and stand, and look as if they had never done a wrong,” explains the Encyclopædia of Religion and Ethics. The self-righteous are also boastful and self-promoting, which was a major problem with the Pharisees. MaxInDHouse compare and contrast what your religious organisation and leaders publishes and your actions and activities here. The pictures should be clear without explanations.

MaxInDHouse:Who compiled the 66 books? Who decided what was inspired or not. You claim Paul's letterm to the Ladocians was an uninspired writing of Paul? Or that the book of Samuel the prophet was uninspired? How did you decide what was inspired and what is not? What is your yardstick? |
