MaxInDHouse:Yes, we would discuss other groups but there is a time and a thread for everything. We are currently discussing the scripture. Since I have been discussing with you, this is one of the few topics where you have not attempted to answer my questions instead you want to divert into another topic. I really wish you had a senior colleague who could answer simple questions. |

tctrills:They're all around you my friend, just ask anyone in your neighbourhood about Jehovah's Witnesses and then go ahead with your questions. But before you do note that we have a target and special kind of people we are searching for {Matthew 10:6} so you must try to be specific with what you intend to do with the answer otherwise my brothers and sisters will just leave you and go for those who are hungry and thirsty for PURE WORSHIP. Those ones only need to see the fulfilment of Bible prophecies and the group performing in harmony with the prophecies. Once they see the fulfilment they will kneel and beg for where their brothers are meetings for PURE WORSHIP! ![]() |

MaxInDHouse:This question is very shallow, you know why? this same argument can be made in defense of any scripture. This same argument can be made in defense of even the 6&7 Books of Moses. Again you claim that the Church of God was lost until 1914, did God fail to monitor His own message which was authored to save mankind. Now to answer your question God did not fail he just did not put all his words in one book. So we have the Bible with 66 books and we continue to get his words from other books and other sources. Now I have answered your question are you willing to attempt mine? God wants mankind to wait until he comes to reveal more info for the salvation of mankind. and yes, there would be so much we would learn about God when he comes. |

tctrills:NO! You haven't answered my question SATISFACTORILY! If the Bible is not the complete message God wants mankind to assimilate then how can there be one religion as prophesied in the Bible {Zephaniah 3:9} remember Jesus prayed for God's people to have the same line of thought {John 17:20-23} and Apostles Paul admonished his fellow believers to do just so. Now can you explain how possible is that when the books that will guide God's people is not compiled in one volume? ![]() |

| Re: Jw.org: 100 Years Of Failed Prophecies. by tctrills: 2:26pm On Dec 17, 2021 |
MaxInDHouse:The bible is just 66 books not all the Word of God. God never referred to the bible as all his word. Yes, God's people should have the same line of thought that is correct but we never learned that the same line of thought is in only 66 books. The Catholics have the Apocryphal yet they all have the same line of thoughts. The Latter-day Saints have the book of Mormon yet they all have the same line of thoughts. The entire Christain world has the bible yet we don't have the same line of thoughts so even having a common bible does not guarantee the same line of thoughts. have I answered your questions? Can you now begin to answer mine one by one? Let me give you an example with the latter-day saints, they have many different scriptures yet they believe the same things. so having many volumes does not pose any prolem for them. |

tctrills:I think we have to leave this thread for your friends and continue our discussion elsewhere because you haven't answered my question SATISFACTORILY! Having the same line of thought means a lot not just the dogma of a religion. For instance Jesus' followers are to love their neighbours as themselves {Mark 10:31} but they must love their fellow believers just as Jesus loves each of them {John 13:34-35} now only Jehovah's Witnesses are practicing these two laws. HOW? They must sacrifice their time to go visiting people in their neighbourhood (uninvited) just because they have to practice the love Jesus showed his neighbours back in the first century. And what about the love for their fellow believers? Everyone throughout the earth knows that JWs have love among themselves. That is the EVIDENCE of oneness of thought not dogmas! ![]() |

tctrills:My friend, you already know that your friend whose comments you find INTERESTING can't answer your questions SATISFACTORILY, and you have the option of going for his superiors. So there's no need wasting your PRECIOUS time with someone who can't answer your questions since you have better chances of getting what you want! ![]() |

tctrills: I really wish you had a senior colleague who could answer simple questions.Na same of same the outcome go be. Just imagine him studying the Bible with you and you have been going back and forth on this particular topic for 4-6 months then you all of sudden tell him you want to write to headquarters and his religious leaders who are his seniors concerning this topic. When your letter gets there, It was well received and they contacted the nearest kingdom hall and by EXTENSION the one of the elders presiding close to where you live to meet with you. When that particular elder gets to your place and found out that you have been studying the Bible with MaxInDHouse. Just know that after the first visit. He will get more information about you from MaxInDHouse and once MaxInDHouse reports about you includes this highlighted below captured in his post earlier. Oga Tctrills your case don enter OYO be that. ![]() For your information, God's word warned us not to engage APOSTATES (ExJWs) because in within their hearts they're feeling tensed over what they're loosing but facially they pretend as if all is well. It's when we are chatting that the real person inside them becomes obvious. So are you now one of those who feel like hurting your neighbour because of his faith?Once you get classed among those listening to those they call apostates. Na OYO be your case from that moment. |
| Re: Jw.org: 100 Years Of Failed Prophecies. by tctrills: 4:04pm On Dec 17, 2021 |
MaxInDHouse:This is a forum, it's an open place for all unless you want to discuss on Whatsapp which I am not open to. But then, let me answer you this one time. The 66 books of the bible did not lead to the oneness you talk about. 90% of churches out there use these 66 books and they are not one. hence oneness is not about the number of the volumes of materials you use. Also, in the past, I have shown you churches with similar beliefs to yours. These are churches that share the same 66 books and like you, they are against politics and war yet you are not one with them. So the argument that having only 66 books brings about unity holds no water. Does this not answer your question 100%? |

tctrills:If you choose to continue chatting with me here it's OK. Please note that i'm not arguing with you rather we are having a tactful discussion! You are catching some fun while i am marketing my religion, so that shouldn't lead to arguments since we don't share the same interest! There is no single religion on this planet with beliefs similar to Jehovah's Witnesses so let's keep that off the discussion. I told you that saying something and acting upon it are two different things. A religious body may profess something but never have a follow up on what they're saying, that's why James said FAITH without WORKS is DEAD {James 2:18-26} before you can prove to me that there is any other religion condemning WARS you must present a group that's actively preaching with zeal and industriously teaching it globally like Jehovah's Witnesses, not just a religion saying it when people aren't experiencing it. For instance, the first reason most people hate Jehovah's Witnesses is our neutrality during political struggle and racial disputes. Jehovah's Witnesses will never support any side so racists are looking for ways call the authorities against us. It's when they do so that few religionists also claim they're neutral will suffice but are such ones actively preaching it in all their neighbourhood like JWs? ![]() |

tctrills:The GB are the representatives of our God and through them we are connected to Jesus Christ the King. That's our belief whether anyone accept or not it will never change. Acholardey will not agree with that so he's always criticizing whatever our GB does despite knowing that without them we are not related to anyone in faith. As long as you're not ready to OBEY the GB then you can't be a worshiper of our own God. So i told him to go and worship with his fellow believers since he will not obey our GB, but he wants to claim we are on the same page, that's why i asked him: Are we worshiping the same God? Please what do you expect from a SANE human who has always criticize whatever our GB does? YES or NO ![]() |

MaxInDHouse: The GB are the representatives of our God and through them we are connected to Jesus Christ the KingThe God you DENIED repeatedly with abuses and insult on a thread you created for Bible study ![]() That's our belief whether anyone accept or not it will never change. Whatever you believe is not the criteria for determination of Exodus 3:15 . That is the reason you deny your God to hold on to the traditions of men. Acholardey will not agree with that so he's always criticizing whatever our GB does despite knowing that without them we are not related to anyone in faithGive me one reason I am not aware that I should agree see person wey no dey related with others in the faith but dey call JESUS up and down the whole of nairaland ![]() As long as you're not ready to OBEY the GB then you can't be a worshiper of our own GodThe God described in Exodus 3:15 does not seek worship through your religious leaders. No where in the 66 books of the Bible you carry it is ever stated ![]() So i told him to go and worship with his fellow believers since he will not obey our GB, but he wants to claim we are on the same pageAfter denying your God it is expected. that's why i asked him:Of which my answer was YES but you SAID NO. This DENIAL is what you cannot stomach because you know CRITICISM of your religious leaders is not equal to CRITICISM OF GOD or does not equate to not WORSHIPPING the God described in Exodus 3:15 Please what do you expect from a SANE human who has always criticize whatever our GB does? YES or NOA sane man knows CRITICISM of your religious leaders is not CRITICISM of GOD. That is sanity right there, but rather than listen to sane words you choose to show how good you are in INSULT and ABUSES and started to call me....... WERE, WERE ALASO, ASINWIN, MAD, INSANE, ASIERE e.t.c. I told you, that day your actions will haunt you. Here we are, those objective questions and the options you choose are still very much active. ![]() |

achorladey:He even made similar claim that Muslims do make like "There will be peace allover the world when everyone becomes Muslim" according to him "so if everyone in Nigeria is a JW there will be no killings justified by political ambitions!" Then you will begin to wonder, if they can work hard for 100years with fruitless efforts of just a population of 9,000,000. How long will it take them to dominate the world? |

After the lengthy discussion with tctrills i think it's time to say goodbye to the thread, just as my Master, Lord and King said after the whole encounter with critics of all kinds: “It has been accomplished!” John 19:30 Perhaps the guy can delete everything he has heard so far. MaxInDHouse:false jw mad max i see, so james of the inspired bible mentioned the uninspired writings of enoch to show historicaly what james said is true, crazy enoch prophesied that Jesus would return with ten thousands of his saints that's not historic record, that's prophecy from enoch, james 1:14-15 you people sure talk a lot of babble/confusion and lies: Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 1Co_14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. when timothy talked about all scripture being inspired, he is talking about the scriptures that are pertaining to the true God and His Son the book of mormon which is not in sync with those scriptures is not inspired by God false jw publications which give false prophecies are not inspired false jw bible which has words added to it is not inspired Mat_7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Deu 12:32 Now as to everything I’m commanding(giving) you, you must be careful to observe it. Don’t add to or subtract from it. |
