My friend, I am not here to praise Wike. However, to construct 15km road in Rivers is equivalence of constructing 250 km in Jigawa. The far north is just grassland. All you need is a bulldozer and grader. In souther Nigeria, especially riverine Nigeria, you need more than that. You need to buldoze trees, some mangroves. You need to sandfill the road, you need to build bridges and construct curvettes, you need to fill the road with fast drying cenent mixed with concretes. All these you do not need to do in sahel savannah. Then you can not tile with just bitumen mixed with gravel but high grade pure nylon tile and granite. So, co.ck your guns and sit back. Rivers and any South South are no mates to the north. Since you are supposedly statistically incline, just ask Amaechi how much the coastal rail will cost compated the mararaba rail.

Going by the given statistics above it can be seen that Education, health, science and technology, Entertainment, manufacturing, Telecommunication, arts and entertainment that u may claim to have more input are not up to 30.5% of GDP contributed by farming and fishing mainly done by a reasonable proportion of Jigawa people while all other businesses ur people do, Jigawa people are either into them too.

There has never been any case of Boko Haram or banditry in Jigawa, infact it is the most peaceful state today in Nigeria.

The worst in the North is Mai Mala. Even salaries he cannot pay. No single project until taking office. From Kano to Jigawa good road but immediately you enter Yobe problems starts. Though the Senate President has constructed his home town of Nguru - Gashua Axis. From Gashua to Bayamari bad road again. In fact, Gashua to Bayamari is the worst in the whole state because motorists will be forced to leave the road entirely. From Bayamari if you follow Damaturu road, bad road till Damaturu. If you follow Geidam, bad road till you bid Nigeria farewell and enter Niger Republic.

The North don't see these things to complain of

You could have just made your point without making it seem like you are attacking the south South... All that needs to be done is for oil production to be brought to a halt for 2 months and ur darling jigawa will not be able to pay salaries or carry out any meaningful development again...

This is not a good thing and I hope one day every state becomes self sustainable, but for now...stop throwing around statistics that does not translate into reality and stop bashing other regions, I would say same thing to the person you quoted, let's all just do our best so we are able to at least lift ourselves and our immediate family members so we don't add to the burden of the country.

I didn't say anything that seems like attacking South, I have utmost respect for Southern oil input to Nigeria's survival especially in Govt sector but in that state less than 1.3% are civil servants while the rest survive on farming and other businesses!
