Janosky:
Your claim on the Catholic Church and Mormon church is NOT true.
If I present every newspaper clip criticism of your church as an argument what would you say.
A newspaper editorial against the Catholic church is the best you can do to discredit it?
I bet you did not read the article yourself.
What about the Mormon church are you not going to post a newspaper clip?

Are you aware Paul quotes from parts of the Bible in the old testament?
Did Paul believe those parts he quoted were not inspired in the old and new testament?
I don't understand your question. Paul did not quote songs of Solomon. The Old testament has lots of inspired words.
Did you also know that bible writers quoted book of the Wars of the Lord (Num. 21:14); book of Jasher (Josh. 10:13; 2 Sam. 1:18); book of the acts of Solomon (1 Kgs. 11:41); book of Samuel the seer (1 Chr. 29:29); book of Gad the seer (1 Chr. 29:29); book of Nathan the prophet (1 Chr. 29:29; 2 Chr. 9:29); prophecy of Ahijah (2 Chr. 9:29); visions of Iddo the seer (2 Chr. 9:29; 12:15; 13:22); book of Shemaiah (2 Chr. 12:15); book of Jehu (2 Chr. 20:34);
Are these not inspired books?

He is trying to condemn others from a newspaper clip, I don't accept that.

That is his expertise. Condemning others and demean whatever they do or believe giving it labels, tags, names that dance to his tune.

They were inspired and served a purpose.
Romans 15:4 & 2 Timothy 3:16.
tctrills:
you just lied. As a child, we had the JW children's bible in our house. it happed to seek songs of Solomon. the wise writers did that for a reason. the bible contains more than the word of God but we can't argue on everything. and paul was long dead when the bible was compiled so clearly his statement to timothy was not referring to the bible as we know it today. the bible did not exist in Pauls days
The bolded were the basis for both questions.
Here:
Are you aware Paul quotes from parts of the Bible in the old testament?
Did Paul believe those parts he quoted were not inspired in the old and new testament?

what Paul quoted was 100% inspired.
So you accept that we have other inspired books not included in the bible. End of argument. We all agree.

To this day, the Catholic Church adherents & hyerarchy are not in accord with the charismatic movement in their midst.

The Mormon church has it's own issues of disagreement about its name and doctrinal matters.

Achorladey & his crew have proven time and again, that JWs are different
1 John 2:9-11 & Romans 15:5-6, JWs have the same line of thought.

Jehovah’s witnesses don't have same line of THOUGHT. You should know better than this. No dey believe that ARCHAIC IDEAS, TO BE MOCKED AND ARE IRRELEVANT AS A RESULT OF RECENT BIBLICAL EVIDENCE.

The Bible in it's entirety is inspired of God.
The particular aspects referenced of other books reference in the Bible are true & genuine, like the examples you gave.

However, others writings in conflict with the Bible, for instance, "the Acts of Paul and Thecla" have portions that are in direct conflict with the Bible.
God's spirit inspired 66 books, not others conflicting with the Bible irrespective of the names they bear.
These issues raise the red flag about their authenticity.

Tctrills came to this thread for a mission:

To attack the man (Maximus) who proved to him that there is just one group practicing pure worship but he carefully chose his words and i smartly played along with him.
I calmly treated him with mildness until he lost it and began using abusive speeches!
I still made him feel relaxed until he couldn't find any fault with Jehovah's Witnesses but ended up faulting God's word!

According to Tctrills, the confusion in religion today is God's fault as He failed to monitor His inspired writings some of it we're not compiled along with the Bible therefore if anyone comes up with any form of teaching contrary to what is written in the Bible such teaching is UNQUESTIONABLE unlike what Paul said {Galatians 1:8} because the Bible itself is not the complete word of God! smiley
So i left the thread for him with his friends! smiley

Those other books have the following characteristics according to Janosky, they are TRUE, GENUINE, INSPIRED and CONFLICTED grin grin grin

Oga Janosky what about the 66 books, do they have those four characteristics

A. Yes

B. No

C. I don't know.

Ọmọ, next time you come in contact with a JW try to meditate thoroughly before saying anything.
WHY?
Because there's no weapon formed against our faith that can have any success, any tongue that rises against us we will silence, that is our HERITAGE and as for our righteousness don't bother it's from our own God JEHOVAH! Isaiah 54:17

Learn from the way i outsmarted you knowing fully well that you came to support the critics and form alliance with them against God's people. But i pretended as if i don't know your mission until i pushed you to a corner where you lost it and condemned God's word instead of condemning God's people (Jehovah's Witnesses)

So according to you now all what your friends have been saying against Jehovah's Witnesses is meaningless because even God's word upon which everyone on this thread wants to build their arguments is NOT COMPLETE!

That's what smartness means and what it means to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses! wink
