You need some work ethic. You shouldn’t date people who report to you at the office, because you put them in a difficult situation. You’re basically taking advantage of her. Did it occur to you she probably just wanted to be friendly with no strings attached? That’s what people do, get on the good books of their bosses, doesn’t mean she wants a relationship with her boss. She gives you excuses for not wanting to hang out and get romantic but you still didn’t get it.

Please suppress the feelings and apologize to her for being an a**, it’s not right.
