This reminds me of IPOB commissioning of Obodoukwu Road last few years after it was ransacked by flood.
That was the Funniest thing I saw that year. To cap it all, while everybody was laughing the IPOB crew were busy with all seriousness commissioning the road as if nothing was going on around them.
