Fresh Garlic can be use to prepare soup....you will stir fry the garlic with onions. For your information, Men are better cook than women......as a matter of fact, I use fresh garlic and ginger to prepare all my vegetable soups.....

Preparing food is all about creativity......... most people don't use tomatoes to prepare Efo riro, I don't use it. I use scotch bonnet and red bell pepper. But my wife use tomatoes sometimes. .

Vegetable soup is enjoyed by many. It's one of my favorite soup and it's quite affordable.
It can work with your budget and it is very nutritious.
I budgeted #1,500 for this soup and it turned out great!!! Although I didn't buy dried fish because I had one left at home. I also didn't buy seasoning(maggi) and I had some left over palm oil at home, I just had to top it.
