Nigerians like trendy slangs, and most of these trends and slangs emanated from songs or movies. However, these days, many of these slangs come from ‘hypes’ and social media skits. Saturday Beats dissects some of them https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/viral-slangs-sensations-that-spiced-2021/%3famp 7 Likes

Been plying this Goya Menor's Amapiano version for hours now.... I started paying attention to the words too... It's really nice, seeing that he spoke against cultism in a funny way, and people can dance to it. I like it. You want to Bam ba! 79 Likes 6 Shares |

Loveurneighbour: This hook was actually coined by Tobi Shang, the same guy that later blew with DJ kaywise on that ‘Who the f.uck are you? You don’t know Kaywise’ mixtape. I know because Tobi Shang is a Unilag boy and he started using that same hook from concerts in Unilag, singing a song titled shedi bala bala with Sunkeyysnoop At least he later blew up though… 6 Likes |
