So as big as we are in the footballing world, these are the baskets we can afford as goalkeepers to the biggest soccer competition on the continent? It will never be better for that cancer that denied us the services of Ikeme.

As for Ighalo, why are they hell-bent on forcing him out of retirement? The guy has said bye bye to the Super Eagles, why is he being forced to play for the Super Eagles? It is not like he is a sharp shooter anyway. He misses sitters on a regular basis, and is not fit to represent us in such a competition as AFCON where the best on the continent compete. And that is coupled with the fact that he is not coming of his own accord. If he wants to remain retired from international football, then they should respect his wish.

Musa's inclusion is still understandable, being the captain. But he should only watch from the bench, and his substitutions should be highly tactical, and not for the sake of amassing caps.
