If I get an iphone device for #400,000. You see that's a lot of money and I would always have the fear of loosing this phone but apple got me covered because people hardly steal iphone it it is a well secured device locked from the cloud. Stealing it and the phone becomes useless to you.

But same can't be said for and android d vice that I buy for that same price. I spent #400,000 on an Android phone only for it to get stolen and the thief is enjoying using the device cause it can easily be unlocked by just formating it? I Kno that devices like Xiaomi and Samsung has that kind of security feature but the thing with android is that I can always flash another custom ROM on it. Which makes the lock kinda useless. Something you can't do with an iphone.


This are just speculation though so you guys are free to correct me if I am wrong.

OP should get updated. Icloud can be unlocked fully if not reported. It can also be bypassed if it is iphone x downwards. If the iPhone is open without password you can sign out the Icloud with FMI off services.

This is not 2015 anymore.you are just talking as if you can just pick up an android phone and install custom roms just like that...for samsung you have to unlock your bootloader which will trip off knox security. Unlocking your bootloader have to do with with your samsung account. For xiaomi as well you wait for 7days or 14days if you are new xiaomi user before you can unlock your bootloader it has do with your xiaomi account as well even before flashing custom rom. I am not saying android security is upto the level of iphones but security wise its not as bad as what op make it seem. Some Government officials prefer samsung to iphones cos of knox security on samsung. Infact samsung knox security scores better than iphones. You can google it yourself

Android security are getting stronger every day. My oppo phone will not allow me to open some certain apps that can alter system security.
