The only bad part about Acrane is the story, after the first act where their mentor died nothing else happened.

After the time skip Jinx and her sister reunited, but since the series lacked stories they splited up again, rinse and repeat.

The entire story didn't have direction, just when you thought they were finally going to address the villain, the long battle between rich and poor, they introduced new characters 2 episode to the finale.

Avatar TLAB didn't have this problem, we all knew what the story was.

Acrane suffers from what legend of korra suffered, juggling too many concepts. So 7/10 is actually OK.

I love how it accurately portrayed how clueless a female leader can be in trying times.

This was satire gold and the first pic below epitomises that.
With a stellar cast, it was really well done whilst passing a very important message and I think they mailed it on all fronts

It has got me thinking, whilst we are still in pandemic that has literally shaped our very existence for about two years now and the constant threat of climate change...could a singular event actually have the ability to wipe out our existence and destroy this plant we call home?

Humans have survived plagues, world wars, etc...I have a little faith that we can survive just about "anything" but I have no doubt in my mind that if things actually goes south, it will be survival of the richest.

Man this movie did hit close to home.
