having a production outlet would be better in suleja than supplying because you have enough raw materials there, transportation fare and some other expenses would kill it's purpose of being cheaper than wood charcoal if supply is made.

since ibadan is very close to Iwo,one can easily get a vehicle that can carry at N250/bag to ibadan,abeokuta? looking at N400/bag,so both route are very easy,still can be sold at competitive price when it gets to either of the locations.

On request,I will doing a broad breakdown for the establishment of a standard charcoal briquette production of 50bags per day.
1) Operational pick up or truck(for bringing raw materials to site)-N1,800,000(Nigeria used)
2) four (4) Hydraulic briquette presser at N350,000 per one-N1,400,000
3) chimney-N150,000
4) Cyclone hammer mill-N420,000
5)water pump-N120,000
6) installation and workmanship-N300,000
