if I was in this situation
first thing I will do is to start charting my cycle to
1.check if I ovulate
2. learn my ovulation window
this you can do by buying a thermometer take your temperature first thing in the morning
write in a book or download kindara app and log it there for your whole cycle . do this for 3 cycle at least

you will see your fertility pattern clearly and plan well for your husbands next visit

I'm sorry ma, but expecting to get pregnant in 1 cycle in a year is putting too much pressure on yourself.
If he's coming for just one cycle again and funds are not too plenty I suggest you do these.
-Do HSG to confirm your tubes are open.
-Look for a hospital that will do IUI and freeze his sperm too.
-Let him do an SFA where he is and take fertility supplements.
-Prepare your body prior to his arrival, detox, diet and lifestyle changes and take your supplements.
-When he comes you guys just enjoy yourselves and get your mind off TTC but BD everyother day after your period ends. Don't stand up afterwards for at least an hour.
Then when he's about to leave, he can deposit his sperm at the fertility clinic for your IUI (only after you've ascertained your tubes are open else IVF will be the option)

My wife was having this brownish like discharge so she went to the hospital,on getting there they asked us to do scan to know if the baby is still there ,we were told baby there but no heartbeat,my wife is devastated,me just putting up a strong face been crying my eyes out in the restroom,we were asked to come back for another scan after a week .....


Had anyone or u know someone who has experience this before??any success stories?

Not quite.....
Considering you didn't get a positive on the blood test initially, you might not be as far along as you think.
Give it some more weeks and rescan.
Get cyclogest pessarries (progesterone) for the spotting.
To calm your mind, you can do BetaHCG to confirm the pregnancy is progressing.

Hello how are you doing, just a quick take. When you are treating a particular ailment like Diabetes, always tell your doctor cos most of the diabetic drugs interact with other drugs rendering them ineffective or useless as the case maybe. 'Its not like the drug doesn't work' but theres a drug-drug interaction that has made proviron ineffective.

If you read the leaflet inside the proviron, you'll see where its stated: Proviron may interfere with:
Medicines used for diabetes.

Just an advice, be open to your doctor and tell them what you have before starting a course of drug. We all want results but these salient details missing could be what is causing the delays. Also, if you are taking drugs over the internet, please read the leaflet and be sure other drugs you may be using won't render the one we're taking useless.

All drugs work but it's just that we don't bother to read and we miss out on key details that could have prevented them from not working.

Alright dear. I really wish i have a story to tell. But sincerely i didn't do anything different. I started the TTC journey in April this year after my wedding. I reside in a different location from hubby because of work. I travel to visit hubby only during my fertility windows and will always have a negative PT result. I didn't bother taking any medical step (like test, treatment etc) as i felt my distance from hubby could be contributing to the non conception. So i planned resigning from work by January to stay permanently with hubby and then start all the medical tests and treatments but surprisingly i returned from my usual visit, still expecting the usual negative result as i haven't done anything different, I got a BFP to the glory of God after 14dpo. So i didn't really do anything different from the usual taking of folic acid, tracking ovulaton, remaining on the bed after BD for at least 20mins, watching what i ate during my fertility window and within the first two weeks after ovulation and then remain positive and optimistic while still praying to God for a miracle.

I really want to encourage every ttc mum, please don't loose hope ok. Just be conscious of what you eat and when you eat it. I believe at the fullness of time you will get your own testimony. Amen

Okay sorry if I may ask,for what exactly? Cause we went for another scan and my wife was asked to cough just to try and force some movement to see if there's any cardiac activity but we found none,wifey started crying again ,this is so hard to bear!!!

Just back to give you guys an update ,we went to another lab to get a second opinion,this one was an elderly man with so much at experience,he told us the miscarriage is still very fresh,the sac is still holding the fetal pole every thing in good position,just no heartbeat,I and my wife started crying again,we are young couples,got married February 2021,about 4 of us got married and they all blessed with thier kids now,I'm not really bothered about that but my wife is...we are scheduled for another scan in 5 days if nothing yet we wait for another one week and then evacuate... typing this alone see is making me so emotional,how can a man be this soft ,I'm just hiding the pain and putting up a strong face for my wife...
This is too much ...

I m very sorry for what you and your wife are going through, I was in your shoes two years ago, it’s obvious your wife has miscarried.

Pls comfort your wife, with your help, empathy and Godsgrace she will overcome this, remember that she will become more fertile in the first three months after the evacuation that is if she’s ready to begin trying immediately.
