Looking at this our new coach picture, the man lack the football tactics to lead Nigeria to the promise land.

Guys drop one or two comments about this formation and personnel.

I am expecting some drastic surprises. I think passing ability will play a big part. Ndah might breakthrough because of his short passing skill.

I am also digging the free 8s role which I see Nacho and Nwakali making it.

I don't think announcing Peseiro as coach is a good call at all. Few weeks to the AFCON? The guys should have gone to the AFCON with the mind set that if they play well for Eguavoen, he might retain the job and keep them in the team.

Now the players will go to the tournament with the mind set that Eguavoen is not their coach.

Pinnick is such a disaster. I wonder why some people come here to defend him.

Why is announcing Peseiro as coach so important to Pinnick before the tournament? I wonder when Pinnick will leave that seat.

Any success is despite him.

Terrible decision.

Who does that?

That is a big blow to the moral of the team.

Who says Eguavoen wants to coach the team post-Afcon. He has a job as the TD no?

Make una no de find wetin no lost. Its getting boring.
As far as we know, he must have been privy to Peseiro being handed the job hence he took the place of an interim

Solace should calm down. I read once that Peseiro is an attacking coach. Let us hope he brings something fresh to the table.

My only problem is appointing him before the AFCON. The announcement should have come after.

We aren't leaving CM to Nwakali to support Ndidi. That Middle will suffer.

I will opt for an exact Etebo-esque player. Only then can that Midfield be tops compared to others.
Tell us how the midfield will suffer.
When it concerns defensive stats, only Ndidi and Onyeka have more to offer.

What is wrong in letting fans know the direction their team and NFF is heading beyond afcon

Why all this wailing

I did not say Eguavoen wants to coach the team. I said the mind set of the players should be.

I repeat the mind set of the players should be. To keep them focused on impressing the coach
.

Now they are going to the tournament with the mind set that he is not their coach.

Do you think this is a good call?

This is the first time i am hearing that Ejuke's positional discipline is very poor.

Why all this wailing
Attacking me is just trying to deviate from the point.

In Manchester City, as soon as they announced Guardiola was taking over from Pellegrini, the moral of the team fell. Evey time the players walked into the pitch or he spoke to them, the mindset was that he was not their manager.

In this case, it is a three weeks tournament. After the tournament, announce whatever you want.

Instead, eleven days to the tournament, you are telling the players the person taking you is not your manager.

What is kids? It is a thing about mentality. Their first mind at is, what about the second?

Or are you saying players do not play to impress their coaches and it is only kids that do so?

It is not speculation. I have seen it happen in Manchester City.

It is a wrong call announcing a new coach before the competition. It is unnecessary. It should have waited.

Kilokanmi pelu Man City. And who is attacking you undecided

There's no morale that will be affected anywhere. Literacy tells the player that their coach is interim . They're going there to make a name for the country not the coach.

Die this matter

Tuchel was interim. The players played their hearts out for him.

This is basic footie logic.

The announcement was a wrong call. It should have waited after the tournament. Sorry, you can not defend Pinnick on this.
