ANVISA ( health declaration form)

Read the information I posted above concerning the latest travel advise as regard vaccination..

peppo4live:

What is ANVISA EVIDENCE?

Is it the same thing as health declaration form?

I have not been vaccinated.... Hope the airline will carry me with the COVID 19 PCR test result?

THANKS

Mexico visa is not even easy to come by........The website will not even allow one to apply for visa date.
Its Just difficult being a Nigerian. Uk visa nko takes forever to get out> Usa visa no interview date.

Forgive my rant. Its just tiring

Hello Sis, pls I need to contact you for some information, I sent you email request, kindly respond

Please go with your vaccine card or get a letter from your doctor saying you are pregnant and can't be vaccinated. This was what I was told on the 25th. I couldn't get a letter before my flight took off.I had to reschedule my flight.

Hi techspot or anyone else that has done this already.

I have finished filling the forms online and also booked appointment online.

[b]Do I need to wait for a date before I take the manual forms for submission? Or do I need to take the manual forms to the consulate immediately[b]

Please can you help clarify this question.

After filling the online forms. Do I need to wait for a date before I take the manual forms for submission? Or do I need to take the manual forms to the consulate immediately?

If you have done everything the way u supposed to, then wait for their mail concerning appointment. Once u have a date then go with the rest of your documents to the embassy on your appointment date..

Please what could be wrong. I have submitted application for about a week now, and booked appointment. No response from the consulate to confirm application received and no response about the scheduling of appointment.

I have even paid the visa fees too.

The agent has not yet submitted your application or perhaps he submitted it recently.
