Your budget can only take care of 2 nights accommodation, feeding and a return flight from either of the 2 Western countries mentioned above.

Someone mentioned Benin Republic , won't he lodge when he gets there or won't he visit Obama beach or festival des glasses? Those are the fairly cheap places he could visit for just one day as a tourist and he can only manage 100k. In November, I spent 42k per night lodging only and spent 2 nights. The OP would have to board an okada to Nigeria border cos he'd be too broke to enter a car on his return home.

Try saving a little more and traveling with a group of friends to lower the cost. Plus it will be more fun.
