there was no Patriot system in that base... where do you guys read up your events??
American news agencies stated that the pentagon didn’t have patriots shield as of the time of this attack. But I believe they must have had some other forms of Defence for these bases.

Since that incident, and after the deployment of defense systems, militias in Iraq have on many occasion successfully hit American bases with missiles.

that's funny, you're on the side that claims US hasn't won any war since WWII yet I'm the one to find out their stated objectives for those wars?

it's 2022, make it make sense
Where in my comment did i mentioned it that, the most powerful in the world has not won any war? I only explain what winning war means.

If you put any effort you would have found out why there wasn't any defense system in that particular base in Iraq.
But I think you rather perpetuate the now famous "western propaganda" instead of doing any meaningful research.

sorry to say these countries you mentioned in strength parity do not compare to Russia. Well that’s a discussion for another day.
You seem to be missing the point.

Since gulf war till date they have always explained away the failures of the Patriot missile systems in combat theater. But it is obvious missile Defence systems all have their limitation, including the patriot system. Those limitations have been recorded in Dharan scud missile attack, Israel -Lebanese war, post-saddam Iraq, Aramco oil facility, etc. The fact remains these systems have their limitations... enough of the hype.

The part “lost all wars since ww2” got me thinking:

How many wars have the US won since WW2?
Korea?
Vietnam?
Somalia?
Iraq?
Afghanistan?
Yemen?
Cuba ( bay of pigs) ?
Syria?
Libya?
Bosnia?

I really can’t think of any of these wars that US successfully fought to a completion and a win.

Andrei ( the original writer) may be right on this one.
Korea -failed defeat of Kim il sung

Vietnam - failed defeat of vietcong

Somalia - failed defeat of Somali alliance

Afghanistan -failed defeat of Taliban

Yemen- failed defeat of the Houthis

Cuba- failed regime change

Syria -failed defeat of Assad in proxy war

Libya -failed regime change

If NATO is such a joke why is Russia crying its heart out that Ukraine wants to join? Is Ukraine so powerful that Russia think it will unmake NATO a joke?
Russia don't want it's enemy to have access to its border. If Ukraine joins NATO, the US can deploy its missile systems to Ukraine. It is hard to intercept short range nuclear ballistic missile. NATO can never attack Russia.

There is no US base in middle east that is no defense system.

smh... the only war you can point out that US lost is Vietnam. And a lot of factors contributed to that.
All the others yoy wrote here shows you don't even know about those wars. You just rely on hear say from someone else.
Cuba wasn't even a war to begin with, more of a covert ops that went wrong. The threat of a full scale invasion of Cuba was one of the reason the Soviet Union agreed to remove all ballistic missiles from Cuba.

Same way the US protested against Russians deployment of missiles in Cuba. I guess it’s obvious to you that the empire is a hypocrite.

I have checked. There was no defense system at the base. They only had early warning system. Thanks!
