You are totally correct. Enugu is a poor state, its residents are poor, so such upscale estates cannot thrive there. Even the civil servants in enugu are poorly paid

How did you come to the conclusion that Enugu residents are the poorest in the south.
Nah wa for you o, your are just to myopic

Are you Ok at all? Enugu is a real estate Haven and second only to Abuja. Real estate thrives better in civil service area than commercial area. Enugu lifestyle and golf city has all been sold and built and it's over 1000 hecters

Stop capping trash..

If enugu is a real estate haven like u claim, all those dilapidated slums, obiagu, artisan, camp asata, would have been demolished and replaced by new buildings.even enugu GRA is nothing to be proud of.. (I lived there. Behind mbaka adoration ground.. Onoh quarters, river lane) .. The reason they are still standing is because the inhabitants re comfortable because they wont afford increased rent that comes with new buildings... Bro nothing u wan tell me about Enugu....

Tell me the new city that have sprung up in Enugu the way, OBA, OGIDI, NKWELLE OTUOCHA EKWULUOBIA IHIALA, in Anambra...

Poverty in enugu is comparable to the poverty in Northern Nigeria. This is something for you guys to worry about in that backward state

Read his post well. Anambra has more estates springing up in the entire igboland. The good thing about new estates in Anambra is that it is not just in one city but spread out across the state

pure lie, the largest estate in anambra, that is in Enugu cant even match medium estate in Awka. the new Enugu city estate which is about 2400 hectares dwarf most of the estate in the aforementioned areas. let's not even mention centenary, and others

Real estate thrive in civil servants state than commercial areas.Thats why Enugu was rated as Nigeria's most resilient city for habitation.
In real estate development,Enugu and Owerri are the most sort after in the southeast
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by leicestercamper: 9:29am On Jan 02, 2022
Nwokem those estates you mentioned are in the class of Udoka, Ngozika estates, etc. We are talking about new precincts like the worldclass Awka Millennium city, there's another one being built in Onitsha(luxury estate), another one at Obosi(soulcity). There's another one being built in Awka(Efab), etc. I can go on and on. Anambra is the real estate headquarters in igboland.

Real estates thrives in economic hubs. That's why lagos is number one when it comes to real estate in Nigeria. Anambra comes first in igboland. Owerri is a shithole that can be compared to Aba. Enugu comes second after Anambra.

before we argue.. Drop whatever meaning you thought was right... Go check the real meaning of real estate...

Now i assume u ve checked if u still hold on to ur assumption..

Please tell us why enugu state have massive housing problem.... Students find it impossible to secure houses...

Tell us why Anambra a more populated state than Enugu do not have housing problem.. Tell us why Anambra is more built up than enugu that is supposed to have more real estate than enugu...

When u define real estate in terms of state. Of course Enugu is bigger than Anambra, but Anambra is way morw built up than Enugu

Awka Millennium city is over 5000 hectares because it has phases 1,2 & 3. They just on the part of phase 1. Ongoing Onitsha luxury estate is over 2800 hectares, Efab Estate Awka is about 1500 hectares. Either you are envious or you haven't been to Anambra before. Lemme not mention smaller ones that are less than 1k hectares. Anambra is not your mate in real estate development in igboland.

Real Estate is grouped into two categories..
1..residential real estate..

This is involves non business real estate. Could be single building or multi building that re used for non profit
In this category Anambra beats Enugu hands down...this is mostly family house in the villages..

2..as an investment...

This may be single building or many buildings but its mostly for profit either by renting, leasing or selling..

Me and you know Onitsha alone is bigger than what Enugu state have to offer....

For the guy shouting golf. Which golf empty golf estate?
