I think your best bet is to get a tummy trimmer, you can use it at the comfort of your house. It does the work faster.

Yeah it do burn belly fat..in a couple of months you gonna observe difference..

Have fun with it and don’t worry yourself. You don’t need to compare it to other activities, it’s safer than the alternatives listed. My problem is the weight starts piling four days after stopping. Skipping rope is a lifetime activity if you want to retain results. Six months into the activity and I looked no different from a sprinter. I’ll attribute the appearance to the other workouts in addition to skipping.
