But most times when you blurt out your feelings too early you come out has desperate to the lady.

It's hard to meet a lady and tell her that you want to sleep with her and she would agree.

It's has to be a process of friendship and then warm it up to the other room.

Point of correction though, this guy and the lady are already dating (making love included) but that's different from actually being in love with each other. The guy told her he loved her, not because he wanted sex (which they were already doing), but because he had fallen IN LOVE with her.
