She said we should run with olive oil like 30 minutes before bathing and wash it off and we can also use cotton wool and olive oil to clean

As far as we are not going through the journey more than once more, I got no issues. I was lucky the first one was smooth except for the bad headaches she was having, every other thing was very okay. No unnecessary cravings although she had to make some funny sauce for herself sometimes to help her feel better like making spicy and very watery okro soup.
