There is a clear difference between art appreciation and blatant harassment... You don't walk into a person, celebrity or not, and demand just any amount for a piece of art!

Whether "Oyibo" or whoever, art appeals to art lovers! So, you go to circles where art is appreciated, display your work or hold a publicized art exhibition (If you can afford one). That's the way it's done everywhere!!!

Yes, the price may be higher than what it's worth but she obviously offered that price because, yes, you can afford it. Why didn't you just dash her the 100k then and call it a day? Or better still, why didn't you just offer her the 100k at the get go instead of asking her how much she wants to sell it?

Exactly, since it's most likely the art work wont fetch much outside. This should be a big publicity to her works and might even get other celebrities that want her to draw them due to the hype this might bring.
She should have told Blessing to give her anything she likes and Blessing might even give her the 100k in the first place because celebrities dont like falling their hand.

And the artist will gain hype and money but no she place a whole 120k on a local drawing because the celebrity is rich

Really, no point debating when your proposition is that anyone can charge anything they like without considering fair market value and other things like their position in the market etc. That means an architect can design a unique house for any price they like, a website designer can do same etc. Maybe you’re an artist with no business experience?

they are bother right and wrong at the same time, it depends on how you want to look at it. The lady only shared it on her story and never asked her to buy it, but she saw the value and effort of the girl and decided to buy it, she should have told the artist how much she was willing to pay before asking her to frame it. An artist can sell his or her work for any amount, but the artist on the order side sounded very rude and entitled in her chats so I can't judge anybody.
