Who else saw that Ronaldo like finish from Gabon to equalize

I never understand why Ghana dey fight sef.
The goal was a 419 goal.

The number 8 Kyereh went down injured, Ghana player kicked the ball out of play. Normally, the opposing team will throw to the team that had the ball as sportsmanship.

However, Gabon resumed like nothing happened and tried to use the confusion to start a counter attack and score, which they did. The Gabon coach gave the instruction, that was why Andre Ayew went after him once the game ended. Also the goal happened so late in the game that it was impossible for Ghana to respond.

Unlucky Ghana

They should just move on ,remember their world cup qualifier against South Africa?

And besides there is no rule that said in such situation Gabon cannot resume okay ,Ghana should have themselves to be blamed

Simon; "The game (Vs Egypt) is one of my best in two years. Every coach have their mentality & impact. The previous coach, I play to his instructions. With the new coach, he gave us freedom & allow us to bring our style of play at club side."
This is how he expresses his gratitude to a coach that kept faith in him despite his crosses to Chinhuahua.

This is how he makes excuses for his shambolic shows, as if anything has improved in his performances:
A handful of pagan crosses.
0 key passes,
0 assists.
0 shots on target.

What we have seen of him is his trademark defending which is commendable for a forward and his speedy runs which makes good highlights of his wing plays. So what exactly has changed.

In the game against Egypt, our forward line was the weakest, maybe because of our strategy to defend against Salah. We can do more with the personnel we have.

There are players that should have no business sitting on the bench. Let me see the players Eguavoen will field tomorrow.

My favourite name for Moses Simon is Daddy. i just modified this post with this addendum to make it clear how much i love the man Moses Simon, but Moses Simon will be happier if we are playing to our full potential.

Those guys might be fined or might serve a red card tho...
They never wanted to fight the ref,it was A. Ayew that rushed garbon coach and was held back by his team mates and referee...

Don't really like the guy football play, he's selfish

Moses Simon is still giving this one sleepless nights ?

Your rant go continue tomorrow because only injury can stop him from starting

Is Moses Simon benching your favorite player just as Awoniyi is playing ahead of your sadiq ?

I would say from a club perspective yes in the HERE and NOW.

But he's climbing and he doesn't have the pace and football intelligence that Osimhen has .

However, he has more physicality but less aggression.
Pace is included in physicality, Osimhen has more in physicality, from speed, strength and stamina to others like jumping and even agility.

Osimhen is very physical.

This AFCON has been so entertaining, so much drama.

Thank God that Nigeria remains the beacon of good football so far, no unnecessary katakata, Nana Akuffo-Addo's boys can't relate.

Is it because we won Egypt, you think dey are a weak team?

Without Moses Simon, there was no way we could have scored not to talk of winning.

Fine post and revealing. The guy needs to work on his eloquence. Apart from that, very sound.

What caught my attention was when he talked of the execution of longs balls with regards to the tactical plan.

He said you can have the plan but lack the players to execute it.

But, my good friend komekn wants us to believe every non-league player in England can execute it. undecided

Either way, his analysis shows how much research went on by our team and I hope as we progress, we get to see deeper and more sound tactical executions. Nice post.

the only thing that brings that kind of reaction in them is when the opposing team tried to bully their teammate, I've seen it couple of times but give unfavourable call they'd barely protest.

He mentioned just a single player and not all the players and personally I think Chukwueze wasn't part of the team that defeated Egypt because he contributed absolute nothing.

With what I have watched thus far, I think Ndidi and Nabil Keita are miles ahead of Partey

Partey lacks the elite mentality of his predecessors. The likes of muntari, prince boateng , essien and co were midfield warlords.

Fun Facts: Afcon 2021

Senegal 0-0 Guinea is the 3rd goalless scoreline of this Afcon. The other two games involved another top favorite in Algeria and ofcos two of our group oppositions, Sudan and Guinea Bissau.

Senegal has recorded only 5 shots on target in their 2 games so far at the Afcon. They have faced Zimbabwe and Guinea.

Nigeria recorded 5 Shots on target against an African powerhouse in Egypt.

Chriskels' second In-laws still top favorites? Time will tell.
Make SE win these two Afcon abeg. I saw what Morocco played and im disappointed. Senegal too looking like Wikki Tourists. Smh
