Not holding brief for him. But when you are wealthy and can literally make money from any kind of business, then it's possible to make this kind of covenant. For example I haven't made a covenant not to import fake drugs because I can't even start importing genuine ones first. But Cubana can make that covenant because he has the resources to finance such business and may make a covenant not to dabble into the illegit (and let's face it, more lucrative) side of the Nigerian pharmaceutical business
