How much do u think it should go for?

D market price of that car shouldn't be less than 1.3m standard naija used. Therefore, HP can't be less than 2m. Fair price.
Or is it tokunbo u want to buy on HP at 2.1m?

No vex oo, Really? lipsrsealed
On top of a Nigeria-used car? shocked I would rather go for a Toks on HP, or Rental on that Nigeria-used. Omoo.

So how much is HP delivery? 30k max
If he can get a HP for less than 2m it's better than rentals. Provided him carry eye look the car him wan buy just like he would have done if he was paying cash for it.

Someone advised that as a rookie in the pilot field, make guyman first start with rental in order to understand and master the tricks of the driving game, rather than going straight for HP. He said the rental should be for like 3 months max, that once guyman don understand every trick of the game, he can then opt for the HP and fire on.
How do you see this, brother?

Baba, it's when you get into trouble and they help you, that's when you will know police is your friend.

Some years back when I drove someone's car on bolt, I picked this lady from phase 2 Lekki, she was going to "bourdilon"
I paid 300 at Lekki Ikoyi link bridge and when I got to the round about, the car stopped. Noticed it was fuel, cos the gauge was faulty. I begged the woman to chill for me to buy fuel, she refused and told me to end trip. I ended it and it came to 1200 or so. She said she will never give me 1200 cos I didn't get to her destination. She brought out 500 naira and I told her to go with it. The police guys at the round about came and asked me what happened. I told them and they told her to give me 1k. She refused. They said they would take us both to the station and they will make it a case. She eventually dropped 1k and they told me to take it.

When I took bike to buy fuel, I didn't have any gallon. I met a guy at the filling station that gave me a 20/25 litre keg. After buying the fuel, he followed me on bike to collect his keg. After putting the fuel in the tank, I gave him 800( the change with me) this guy refused and said his money is 2k. We argued and the police guys at the round about came again. When they heard what happened, they told the guy that if he doesn't collect that 800 Sharp sharp, they would collect it and I will leave here free and nothing would happen. The guy collected the money angrily and left.

I went to them later and thanked them. Told them I don't have cash on me again. They said I should not worry, that I should go n fix my fuel gauge

Hahaha... Rhis your experience funny somehowgrin the guy for no collect the N800 na gringrin thief gringrin

Actually we have a lot of nice police officers ooh... I've met a few of them.

The thing is just understand them and stay clean, rogger them with anything youve, play with them, smile, ask them how you dey... Greet them first when they stop you you'll see that they're not out for trouble.

Though some wicked once dey shall but I don't pray to meet them at all.

It's part of the experience my guy just take it like that.

Me I don pay well for this hustle... All of these experiences make you wiser, better and stronger.

So congratulations you're getting better. Soon you'll have your car and will start enjoying the benefits.

Quite frankly d only skill u need to succeed is if u can drive very well then if u like driving. As u work u will develop other skills that will make d job easier in terms of earnings and comfort.
So provided the person isn't a rookie in driving generally he can take up HP at anytime if given d opportunity.
If u r referring to a rookie in driving, I don't even recommend a learner driver to do Uber work whether rental or HP cos d rigours and mental work involved will take its toll on the person making him have many unpleasant experiences.

Aswear I just laugh when I see people generalise that all police are bad people. Haba na they can't be all bad.

There was this early morning I dropped a friend inside villa, while coming out before that bridge that will take you to central area, I was being indecisive whether to follow up or down due to my carelessnes while I was contemplating, i didn't know that I was close to the ramp that will take me up the bridge then i change my decision and made a sudden turn to follow down. Before I know it my tire collided with the edge of the ramp and busted

The policemen guarding the villa territory were watching all what's happening, so I came out of the car open my boot and wanted to change the tire while my car was blocking the main road down the bridge (where the president usually follows if he wants to go to Airport) unfortunately for me that same moment Buhari was planning to travel out and the security was kind of tight.

When the police men and the guard brigade noticed that I spent almost 15 minutes with no progress three of them came towards me and saw how I was busy struggling with the the tire, ( the bolt was kind of very strong and I couldn't lose it)

Luckily for me all of them were northerners, they ask me what's taking me so long Mr President might come out any moment from now (with a sympathy tone) shamelessly I told them I was finding it hard to change tire cry we were speaking in Hausa) They laughed at me saying "all this Ajebos we don't know how to do anything na just to chop and sleep for house"

Wallhi that's how one of them jerk up the car, loose the tire and change it open my booth and put the damaged tire, his hands were completely greasy with dirt.

I was really impressed and my narrative change about policemen, I don't know maybe because they were elite police or something but whether elite or not right from that day I developed special feelings and respect for policemen.

Las las I open my pigeon box and gave him four 500 mints. He was very happy and appreciative

No ooo... Police are nice people ooh but if you don't understand them you won't know.

The morning the deputy commissional of police came himself in his night dress (nicker and armless top) to release me right inside a heavy downpour na that day I believe say we still have a lot of good police officer.

Police no get wahala o just try understand them.

To stand inside that hot Sun no easy ooh.

3MB is too short.

No way you can do over 120km/hr for uber and inside Lagos except the 3MB you mentioned which is very short compared to warri-ughelli-patani-bayelsa-ph

120 on this said roads would keep you creeping behind Gigm and agufure them not to talk about private cars.

No mind chillex8 him just dey talk lile say him be novice...

I dey tell am say I never do 120km/h for my motor him dey talk another thing.

Car speed different oh... B4 I go reach 100km/h for 3MD I don reach yaniworo so how i won take do 120 on a short distance?

Coming to police matter, I have been stranded at umunya axis, anambra state, around 11pm with 2 bad tyres. I was heading to awka from Lagos. To my surprise, the came with their Hilux and assisted me in changing one tyre with spare. They claimed cult boys were deadly at that spot (2012), that we(with a family) must leave there.
I told them I can't manage the car to awka. They offered to take me to their station, parked the car( the tyres were already gone by now, I just drove it like that). Everyone with me entered their Hilux while one officer joined me in my car. We got to their station, they told us to take all we needed to take and still drove us down to my destination at Awka. I was speechless. I arrived around 1/2 am.

Later in the morning, I brought two new tyres and went to their station and paid homage to them. I also invited Dem to come around cos it was Xmas period, which they did after some days.

Good ones dey.

What is the job of police man ?
Is it not to protect citizens?
Now I understand your points because we are not used to them doing their job we are saying they are good.

Some families will never ever forgive or forget police for conniving with kidnappers or robbers to attack them.

If you miss you road and take a turn twice abroad a police car will show and take you to your destination.

Let’s stop appreciating mediocrities.
