FG led by a dumb AGF, supervised by human cows in a regrouping of different thieves, dubbed broom- waving- witches n wizard flying and floating in lies tagged APC ,is an international clown.They are afraid of their own creation,the courts, afraid of their own Constitution, afraid of their set up tricks,they afraid of the malice, traps deployed against God's own will entangle them and it's glaring that even if the judge,Binta Yanko has taken sides before the judicial determination of the great Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case, darkness from hell's womb which they all represent shall fail! This is a case of late Mandela vs the whites imposed apartheid in SA,Martin Luther vs the Catholic Church,Desmond Tutu vs human rights abusers and David vs Goliath . Are the chameleonic Ecowas,Au,UN,EU and particularly Britain supervising all these below standard legal practices in this lawless country not aware of all these rubbish? How many times will they amend charges against an accused,re filed same to be causing their own courts judicial mental burden? Is the great MNK's case the only case pending in this country"s court n before their judges that MUST take forever to dispense with? Or do the judges pleasure themselves with clownishness coming from the chief clown-AGF? We are not hurrying to run away,we are determine to be FG, AGF,Judges,Courts, DSS and all security agencies' burden s as long as they want to tactically delay justice. AGF and all he represents cannot indict the great MNK over what he is not guilty of. Tactless FG,succeeded in reducing 9th Assembly to mere 'take a bow and go rubber stamping' legislature, same way they are AGF is dancing naked in the market, dragging some judges into a dance of shame party.their DSS is like Boy's Scout,other security agent errand boys for ogas who doesn't know how left from right merely 'this is our turn to chop' 4 Likes 1 Share |

headSmasher:You got it wrong, the only case he would lose is the case of jumping bail, but other charges FG know it would be thrown out hence the games. If you are conversant with legal proceedings it makes no sense or it is comical that you are filing fresh charges as prosecution when the previous charges you filed is still being deliberated. That would tell you FG deliberately wants to burden the sitting judge to ensure further case adjournment, as he would need to adjourn the case to examine the fresh charges filed. Again mark my words this is the scope the FG would use and further keep him in detention after which once a private political resolution is reached, you will see a technical judgement stricking out the charges and fining him for jumping bail. As usual Nigerians depending on the section of the country you hail from will rejoice or be angry with the decision not knowing what settlement was reached under the table. 1 Like |

mrvitalis:one thing you should know is that FG is trying to prevent southeast from anarchy because immediately Kanu is convicted, there will be unrest and violence in southeast states. I am sure all those Southeast governors doesn't not want him to be released and also to be convicted, so the best way to do that is to keep adding charges and adjourning. The FG is definitely portraying itself as vindictive and out to have a pound of flesh of the defendant using every available means. If his accusers are sure of their facts and insist on having him tried, why this back and forth approach? MNK might have applied wrong methods in his agitation but the reason(s) for his agitation which dwells on perceived marginalization and lopsidedness of our so-called federal system of administration are germane.
