Python is a Rapid Application Development(RAD) language which lets you write complex software with less codes.
It is made juicier with the arrays of available modules that makes your programming life fun, easy and exciting.
As a developer, if you pick up python and dedicate say 2 weeks to learning it, You wont go back.

Python is not only addictive but also clean and organized. You can read through source codes written in python and you know what they do right a way.
the syntax design is near perfect as it lets you code without thinking of ending every line with semi-colons, no dollar signs, no var, Dim or the likes.
Python developers here can add theirs.

Hello Goodevening everyone. I am new here as a result of nursing the passion to learn programming with no prior knowledge on it. I am a nursing mum and currently not working so I spend a lot of time taking care of my baby and home. I feel my brain is becoming rusty and I want to put it to good use , my data inclusive.
Guidance is needed on what programming I should start with and the field the programming can be applied to.if anyone is free to guide/access me in such a way that I will be given task , I would really appreciate . The goal is to develop myself so I can work from home, thank you.

You can start with a language such as Java or Python. The key thing is to start writing code as soon as possible. Of course, you will need a laptop with the appropriate development environment setup. However, I'd suggest you get beginners book on any of those two languages, and start reading. Programming can be applied in just about any field. As long as there is a task that needs to be automated.

Towards the last few months of last year, i tried sharing materials, tips and overall information about IT specifically cloud computing and python programming but i get my articles removed regularly. If you really want to learn programming(Python to be specific), then i can share materials that will help you achieve your goal.
