Though mine had white goods, it was after I moved in the landlord was telling me if anything happens, I would bear the cost of repairs that the fridge and washing machine were left by a former tenant and not his business. I just told him point blank that it won't happen and that he will bear it. You can't advertise a house with white goods, demand a rent based on that and tell me nonsense. Some landlords don't mind letting you a chicken house as long as their rent is coming in. |
