The issue at the courts is legal one and procedural litigation must follow accordingly. If the foolish government led by Buhari believed Nnamdi Kanu is a member of IPOB, it must prove to the court with legal documents. The case is in court and beyond infantile imagination.

This is coming from the FG's camp and it is clear that the lawyer is trying to sensationalize the situation. According to court proceedings, nnamdi kanu denied being a member of 'PROSCRIBED IPOB' as put to him by the prosecution counsel. It's a game of wits and smartness. Every Adekunle and Abubakar here will never admit being a member of their families in court if the prosecuting counsel affixes 'murderous, or bloodthirsty" to their family names.

By the way, voice recordings are always material evidence everywhere in the world unless he's able to provide forensics evidence that the file has been tampered with no one is going to listen to his own denials in fact that will even be worse for him since he will be adding perjury to his already numerous charges.
Almost all high profile criminals are nabbed with voice recordings, where are you going to get video recordings of someone in hiding?
