afrodoc2:I had Ngannou winning but how he ended up doing it completely took me by surprise. His fight IQ has improved drastically. I was in awe I like Josh Allen in this matchup. It's his chance to seize the moment And as for Ryan Tannehill. The Titans have to absolutely start shipping for another QB. There's nothing worse than wasting a team's potential with a QB that's not that dude, just like the Cowboys and Dak Prescott |

A40:Yeah. What Nicksick and his team have been able to is one of the hardest things to do in combat sports; turn a knockout artist into a well rounded fighter. It would be interesting to see how far Ngannou goes or is allowed to go in his dream of switching to boxing. Allen vs Mahomes is really intriguing. We have had a few false hopes in the past e.g RG3 vs Luck but this might be the new Brady vs Manning for the next 10yrs. The defences might decide the outcome as they have done so far this playoffs. |

A40:Ngannou's growth is really remarkable, his new team has absolutely evolved his fight game. From fighting patiently against Stipe, to using Grappling against Gane. Truly remarkable |

afrodoc2:It also speaks to Ngannou's humility and ability and willingness to learn. I mean just look at how quickly he's picked up English. Says a lot also about the character of his former trainer Fernand Lopez who tried to assassinate the man's character. His fight IQ when he realized the striking battle was not there and his bad knee hurt his mobility is remarkable I was also shocked at just how bad Gane was on the ground, I mean Ngannou's wrestling has always been underrated but boy was Gane really awful. If Ngannou wrestling was a bit more polished he would have absolutely wrecked Gane on the ground. And I don't want to do MMA math but I don't know that I would favor Gane in a fight vs Jones anymore not because I think Jones is unbeatable but just cause Gane's wrestling is so abominable |
